Our service
We handle police verification and agreements for every tenancy we arrange. See our services.
When to complete verification
Before the tenant moves in. Keep the acknowledgement with your lease documents.

For foreign tenants, additional registration requirements can apply, such as the Foreigners Regional Registration Office. Check the current rules or ask us to coordinate.
Company leases
When a company leases a home for an employee, verify the actual occupant, not just the company.
