Stamp duty is paid by e-stamp (SHCIL) on the higher of the transaction value and the circle-rate value. Delhi's residential circle rates are still those notified in September 2014; see our circle rates page. The estimator uses land rate × your land share plus construction rate × built-up area × age factor.
